OUR MISSION

First Baptist Church of New Berlin is not about big buildings or fine ornamentation. It’s about caring for the salvation of souls and their healthy relationship with God. Our mission is to help build the Church of Jesus Christ by proclaiming the Gospel locally and worldwide; helping new believers to mature, incorporating Christians into our fellowship, equipping each person for ministry in the church, and glorifying God in our lives, and in our worship. We carry out this mission through local church ministries, global Gospel missionaries, and by co-laboring with like-faith organizations.

Our Ministries

We provide solid Bible teaching lessons and application for all age groups. Nursery care is adult supervised. There are many regular and special events such as our nursing home ministry and Vacation Bible School for children.

Our Missionaries

The Lord Jesus Christ said: “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15). While we all cannot go, we all can support those who do. Currently, we support and pray for missionaries in Milwaukee, WI, Central Wisconsin, USA, Europe, South America, and Central Asia who encounter and overcome theological, cultural, and language barriers to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Affiliations

First Baptist Church of New Berlin is an independent, autonomous, membership oriented body. We do not stand alone, nor work alone. We co-labor with like-faith organizations providing mutual aid in carrying out our mission.
